Every time I see a moray at the aquarium I get the shivers. They are just a bit creepy, even though many have beautiful patterns. That is one creature I wouldn't want to meet in the wild!
Awesome close up. And I couldn't agree more about divers covering themselves. Sadly, I haven't been diving in over 20 years. But I learned about fire coral in Seychelles the hard way.
Why would I want to enlarge this???? Scary enough just the way it is.:) You are a brave woman, my head goes in the water only by accident. I love to swim but head up only. :D
That is one ugly fish...and such a close up view. You could have kissed it. I tried to leave a comment yesterday but my computer was being stupid but only with your blog. I thought I would try again today:) Happy WW my friend.
The Right Blue refers to the goal of a lifelong pursuit. Sea water viewed from beneath the surface comes in many hues and shades. Surfers wait for the perfect wave; divers seek the right blue.
Hello, Mr. Moray... bye, Mr. Moray...
ReplyDeleteGreat to be back here in your blog, Bobbie :)
Now is that his serious face he's showing the camera or is it the demure and seductive one?
ReplyDeleteGreat shot! You've done it again, Bobbie! Happy WW! :)
ReplyDeleteWow, very impressive! I've only seen one of these at the aquarium and couldn't get a good shot of it. This one is excellent... as usual. :-)
ReplyDeleteWow, what a wonderful capture. Just love this photo, thank you for sharing.

Beautiful close up!
I think it is the first time that a fish makes me laugh !!
ReplyDeleteVery nice shot. This guy looks curious, not like the killers they are supposed to be. He needs to hire a new PR firm.
ReplyDeleteSome fish have very expressive faces. Almost looks like he's smiling.
ReplyDeleteNow that's a face only a mother could love! Superb shot as ever. Happy WW

ReplyDeleteMy dd is afraid of these things. They are a little bit creepy, aren't they? Must be The Little Mermaid effect.
