The lighting in this one is beautiful. Amazing shot!
Amazing nature's work down there too!
I am always quite impressed by the shapes and textures of corals. Abstract, but organic at the same time.
A lovely cool photo. Don't see anything like that out here in the desert. The closest blue thing we have is Lake Tahoe.
Always look forward to your beautiful shots. This one is definitely not a let-down. Gorgeous!!Happy WW!!
It's like a whole other world. Happy WW! Come link with me.
Nice one! Very refreshing to see marine life ;)

I have a piece of hard coral in my bathroom. I love it. Very nice photo as always.
Another stunning photo! Happy WW
Wow! Bobbie! This is absolutely stunning!I am truly wordless.
A vast world down there! So beautiful.
I love seeing this, although I am so frightened for the future of these animals.
Amazing indeed. A whole new world! Thank you for sharing.
Great light and toning
That's a fabulous shot.
Hi Bobbie, Happy WW! Your reef is so wonderful with all those little apperatures (not their real names--I don't know them). It makes me want to learn scuba diving, almost. Thanks for your visit, our lake has nothing this pretty below...
There's not a flaw in that pic. Unbelievably gorgeous. I'm so glad you're here and thx tons for always visiting me. *smooches*
WOW! You always have the best pictures.
That is just lovely.I feel like I'm down there in that silent world, looking up toward the surface...Thank you for that moment of calm! I look forward to your pictures every week!
nature provides us with great scenery everywhere we go doesn't she!Nice shot!
Love the light on this one. Can't see the detail, but I'm thinking maybe that's the one we call "branch coral" when we pick up small bits of it on the beach?Tink *~*~*My Mobile Adventures *~*~*
HiBobbie!!I'm loss of word to see all the beauties of marine life in this blog.I see that you have been to Sipadan Island at Sabah, Malaysia. What a amazing place, and you have documented it very well.regards,/Tabib of Malaysia/.
Thanks, everyone, for visiting, and for your comments.Several people mentioned the light in this photo. It was a very sunny day, and the water was very clear. I was not very deep under the surface, but I was positioned below the corals. I was shooting up toward the surface with a wide angle lens (15mm), using the sun as a back-light for the coral. The branching coral with the sun shining through it is an Acropora species.Bobbie
I love your pictures! We live in Hawaii and while it's beautiful and I have an underwater camera it's nothing compared to yours! Nice pictures!
What a great angle for this shot! The beautiful light from above makes it perfect!
I love your photos. This is very pretty! :-)
Thank you all.Bobbie
