Another great shot. Interesting that is looks a bit related to my WW. I think your idea of a mud wasp is correct. I linked a bunch of Google images to a comment on my WW post. There are many that look similar.
The Right Blue refers to the goal of a lifelong pursuit. Sea water viewed from beneath the surface comes in many hues and shades. Surfers wait for the perfect wave; divers seek the right blue.
