I love your photo stories! Its like reading National Geographic, or the like, for me. The pictures add a lot and the stories are short and easy to follow. I look forward to them. Keep up the interesting posts!

ReplyDelete(The comment I left yesterday seems to have been dumped. ) I've gone through all your turtle posts and pix, and really enjoyed them. Thanks for grouping them all together!
ReplyDelete@ ScienceGuy - All of the underwater photos on The Right Blue were shot on film with a Nikonos V (dedicated submersible camera body) and assorted Nikon submersible lenses. My favorite lens is the U/W Nikkor 15mm. Most of the macro shots were done with submersible 35mm and 28mm lenses, plus extension tubes. Very old fashioned stuff, but it works for me! Jerry then digitized the transparencies using a Nikon Super COOLSCAN 5000 ED scanner.
ReplyDelete@ Michelle - You are very welcome. We're glad you enjoy our stories and photos.

@ Lavender - Your comment was dumped?? Maybe it just didn't 'take' -- because I certainly haven't deleted it! In any case, thanks for returning and adding your thoughts. We have a couple more topical groupings like this in preparation. Feedback like yours is very welcome, because it assures us that the time it took to go through the blog and group the posts was a worthwhile thing to do. Thanks again.
